Job Description :	• Analysis of clients' business requirements and objectives and working with them to meet those objectives • Assess clients' needs for software training and implementation services • Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion • Train users in application use and/or configuration • Assist clients in application testing and rollout • Recommend business process improvements • Analyze and specify application enhancements • Maintain daily work progress on TMS • Documenting ERP/HCM/CRM processes and preparing deployment progress updates. • Providing ERP/HCM/CRM end-user training and technical support. • Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance. • Ensure that ERP/HCM/CRM solutions are fully tested and meet client requirements before deployment.
Required Skill :	• Applicant must be graduate from reputable university • Applicant must have 5 years of relevant experience • Must have good command on ERP/HCM/CRM modules • Applicant should have good business analytical skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills • Must have customer building skills • Good interpersonal skills.
Required Education :	• Bachelor’s Degree in BSCS/ Systems Engineering/ACCP Pro or equivalent IT certification
Required Experience :	• Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Experience Limit :	3 Years - 7 Years Experience
