This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at EfroTech. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

• Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the Product • Responsible for analyzing market data to determine the ideal customer for a given product. This is one of their most important duties, as the success of their sales pitch depends largely on the accuracy of their analysis. • Preparation of presentations about the product with all their values for the usage of the team. • Use the data, coupled with the sales team, to craft sales pitches for the sales team. This duty also involves presenting sales pitches to the decision makers of a given campaign. • Creation of marketing concepts • Help the sales team to qualify leads by using the deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points. They may even have the initial phone or digital contact with leads. • Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops • He know the given product better than anyone on the sales and marketing teams. This deep product knowledge is required to write a sales pitch that highlights the product’s features and benefits. • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
